Cynthia Perry 

 I grew up in Butte County and  graduated from Chico State with my Master’s Degree. I have had the honor and wonderful opportunity of working with a wide range of clients of all ages (Pediatrics and Adults) and a variety of difficulties for over 12 years. I really enjoy my profession and strive to support clients and their families with individualized program care plans. I thrive to create open communication relationships, as well as enjoy collaboration and community involvement. In addition, I specialized in feeding and  orofacial myofunctional evaluations and therapy.  Outside of work, I am a proud mother of 4 wonderful children, two of which are enrolled in college. I also enjoy family time, the outdoors, traveling, photography, arts and crafts, music, animals, and sports.

Vanessa Gallegos, SLP

Hi I'm Vanessa! I am excited to join the team here at Chico Speech and Language Center. My passion for speech therapy began in college and I love helping in the early intervention setting. I have experience in schools, in the private practice setting, and providing evaluations. 
Outside of the office I enjoy walking around the Farmer's Market, riding my bike, swimming, and spending time with my loved ones.

I have been in Chico my whole life. I grew up knowing I wanted a meaningful job that let me interact with people and create a positive impact. I found speech therapy during my first year of undergrad and have not looked back since! I find so much joy in working with clients of all ages and providing them with meaningful services. I could not see myself doing anything else. I am excited to join the Chico Speech and Language team and give back to our wonderful community. 
 

Paige Naten, SLP

My name is Paige and I am a speech language pathologist part time at Chico Speech and Language, and full time in Paradise Unified School District. I love working with students of all ages, infants through transitional high school, helping them reach their communication goals. My favorite part of my job is seeing my clients' improvement and creating a fun learning environment. 

Mia Anderson 

 Hi, I'm Mia, a Speech Therapy Assistant! I discovered my interest in speech therapy during my first year at Chico State and quickly realized it was the right path for me. I'm passionate about communication and helping others. I'm excited to be joining the Chico Speech and Language Center team. Outside of work, I enjoy lyra and spending time on creative or artistic projects. 

Madeline Greenlee

Hi, I’m Madeline! I’m a speech-language pathologist passionate about helping individuals communicate their wants, needs, and ideas with confidence. As a Chico native and graduate, I’m grateful to serve the community that shaped me. I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and families providing compassionate, individualized therapy that supports meaningful progress. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, hiking, and traveling to new places.  

Cricket Harlin, SLP

Heya, I’m Cricket! I discovered speech-language pathology somewhat unexpectedly and quickly fell in love with the field. Ever since graduating with my master’s from Chico State in 2025, I haven’t looked back. I have experience supporting both children and adults across medical and developmental settings, including communication, feeding, and swallowing needs. I enjoy helping clients and families build meaningful skills that support confidence and connection, with parent and family education as an important part of my work. I love helping families feel more supported and empowered in their daily routines. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, Shiloh and Milo, reading, playing video games and D&D, trying new hobbies, practicing yoga, and continuing to grow in my skills and knowledge as a speech therapist.

I love connecting with people of all ages and collaborating with their loved ones to create a positive and meaningful speech therapy environment. When I was a child, I had a wonderful speech therapist who has now inspired me to pursue a career that allows me to positively change lives, as he changed mine. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my Australian cattle dog, Penny.​
